My husband and I are roadtripping for our honeymoon and got a screw in one of our tires. Not the best way to start, but Ethan was super helpful and amazing for us! He looked at our tire right away, gave us our options, and moved us along quickly so we could get back on the road. Super helpful guy and very easy to work with!!

My husband and I went in today (Sunday), and Bailey helped us. He was really great. Very knowledgeable, and caring. We felt like we were in good hands, which is important after your tire blows out!! Thanks Costco (and Bailey)!!

Do not use this costco tire center. We have dead batteries on Two TPMS sensors that were replaced with new tires 3 years ago and they would not warranty them. The salesman told me he needed to charge me because they cost money. They obviously use inferior parts and do not stand behind their product.

Needed a new tire 7/10/25. They ordered one, said it would be here by 7/12 if not by 7/14. Got no call on 7/14 so called at about 4pm on 7/14. They said the shipping on tire was delayed. Okay, so they called 7/15 and they said the tire was there & we set up an appointment for 7pm. Typically it takes about an hour they said, and we asked them to rotate our tires as well & they said they could “only rotate one side”. Instead of it taking an hour, it took nearly 2 hours which is extra annoying cause we were waiting there . Got all the way home (25 min away) and got a call that they forgot to put all of our lug nut caps back on the tire. Go back today 7/16, and ask what tires they ended up rotating last night if any & they said “oh the person who changed them didn’t put in any notes”. so INCREDIBLY frustrating costco!!!!!

I can't recommend this Tire Center enough! My family and I were in town over Spring Break and after a fun hot day in the beautiful St. George sun we were driving back to our hotel with some well earned ice cream. As we pulled into our hotel and were getting out of our van we heard that sound that no ever wants to hear...air escaping from one of our tires. After a little inspection we found a screw in one of our rear tires. It was just after 8:00 at night and we were scheduled to travel back home in the morning. We quickly checked the internet and the only Tire Center that was still open was the local Costco Tire center. However, it was closing in about 30 minutes, but we had to try. So I jumped back into the van and raced over to Costco. That's where I met Kyler a tire technician and the reason for my 5 start rating. As I pulled up he was prepping the center to close, I quickly asked him if he could plug the leak, but as it turned out our tires were too worn to be plugged. After a brief discussion about my options, we both agreed getting new tires was the right thing to do. Even though they were closing he asked his supervisor, Nolani, if they could stay late and replace the tires.
